Soooo what time are we allowed to serve booze until? It was once 1am, now what?

Even I the green zone.... 10? 11?
Looked on Google and I must be lacking patience because there's no straight answer.Please help

    No curfew restrictions on green zone. Can't serve after 11pm and drinks must be finished by midnight in Yellow. Can't serve after 9pm and finished by 10pm in Orange and Red.
