Air conditioning rental in Ontario

Hello! My partner and I are gettig married this August. We booked our venue last fall and at the time made the rookie mistake of not checking it had air conditioning. We really love the venue and are invested in it so we are now looking at options to rent some air conditioning for the day, otherwise I'm concerned it will be sweltering. Does anyone have experience doing this, especially on a budget? Quotes I've gotten so far have been around $2000 which we can't afford. We are in southern Ontario if that helps - the humidity is killer here!

We got married in August too and the weather worked out to be not great and not hot. I would check with the venue what they may have available for cool air first before looking into rental.

August is hit or miss, I know my birthday is in August. You could always ask your venue if they have any recommendations, they might have connections as well.
