Agate Name Cards

I bought these agate pieces and just had a shot lettering for my bridesmaid proposals.
My lettering is a bit amateur, but 2 of my bridesmaid does a lot very good calligraphy for fun...is this a good idea for the name cards? Or does it seem like too much work for a not very useful piece, I don't want be left with a whole bunch of these after the wedding if guests wouldn't care for them...Agate Name Cards 1

    I agree with the ladies! I don’t think anyone would take them, if they did they’d likely not keep it.


    I’ve only ever kept one escort card - and it was from our cousins wedding just after we got engaged and they had put (the future Mrs....etc) and I kept it cause it was special and one of a kind for me.
    Most people left their escort cards - I’m doing my escort cards really cheap cause they get left behind.

    Umm theyre nice but to be honest if i was a guest i would probably throw it out after sorry!

    I think if it could double as a coaster favour, it would be worth, but I don't think anyone will grab them (or they do and then toss them later)

    I like them but from a guest point of view - I would take it... but them probably trash it. It would be different if they were big enough to be the favour and have it be a coaster but it doesn't look like they are.
