Your rental company will usually come and take the stuff back at the end of the night. Don't expect a planner or coordinator to clean the place up for you though (unless you're willing to pay a surcharge). The key word to their job is planner/coordinator and their role is to execute the wedding as planned. They're not there to be glorified muscle to remove garbage.
