Advice on rehearsal dinner ideas!! Help!

Hey ladies!

I just booked out venue and trying to work things out. We are renting a mansion overlooking okanagan lake. And the night before we are doing set up. A rehearsal and dinner.
What did you feed your guests? All our bridal party is in the mansion staying with us. I want something relatively easy on me. Since I'm a diy bride I want to find some down time before hand without cooking a big meal. My fiance mentioned pizza.. but is that tacky I don't know haha maybe that's a order in kind of night. What did you do? I will probably have to feed about 30 people give or take..

    My fiance and I are getting married at Summerhill Pyramid Winery and having our rehearsal dinner at the estate house that sits on their property.

    We're thinking of maybe having a BBQ or possibly calling Earls or Cactus Club to see if they can cater some appetizers for the evening

    Platters of assorted meats, cheese, fruits and other items from a supermarket may be something to consider to have for guests to enjoy a nice easy meal. BBQ is another option that can be done if you have someone that will not mind cooking the meat or hiring staff for guests to get their meat served. A simple idea that can be nice and light are finger sandwich and stick veggies with dip along with sides of salads, and other things easy to make.

    You could see if theres any local restaurants that offer catering. Of if theres a BBQ there, maybe just whip up some burgers and have some store bought salads
