I found my makeup artist through instagram by searching the hashtag #halifaxweddings, you could try #NiagraWeddings or something similar for the area.

I find photographers and makeup artists are the most active on social media, and you would be able to see their portfolio to see if they have worked with other asian brides.

Are you using other Chinese vendors like an emcee or photographer? I find they usually have a network of professionals who work weddings and can usually give referrals.
