Ooo I like the idea of #1! That would be so much fun to go to a wedding and get to roast marshmallows! I also love the idea of #6 and think smores would make a great favour!

I love the hot cocoa idea since I love hot cocoa in general ... one of the only reasons I like winter time next to Christmas! I would also consider a chocolate fountain and having the marhmallows to dip in the chocolate!
