2 dates on save the date ....

Is everyone attending both ceremonies? you just need to specify dates/times/locations for each date so people arent confused.

If the first ceremony is open to all then I would just have it listed at the bottom in a smaller font to let them know if they would like to attend the church service that it will be on that other date.

If you want to keep it smaller I would just keep it off the Save the Date and spread it by word of mouth.

2 guest lists means different invites and for those attending the later ceremony followed by reception, send a seperate save the date.
If you have guests attending the first ceremony and not the second, they get a seperate invitation.
Your ceremonies are based on the guest list and for reception, you can choose to have guests you feel to attend both too and keep to your budget.

Are the same people invited to both? If not then I wouldn’t include the date of the small one for people who aren’t going to be invited to it.

I would probably only do a save the date for the ceremony you’re having a reception for.


The one you’re hosting during the week, I would let guests know by word of mouth.
