They both compliment your engagement ring perfectly and they both don't take away from it.
If you are doubting the first one because it's bigger than I would go with option B as it's smaller and fits better with the side stones.

They are both really nice, the first one it's bigger, so if you chose to wear it without your engagement ring it still pops on your hand.
