Wedding Dress steaming + transportation

Hi all brides!
I have a newbie question. So now that I finally got my wedding dress, I learned that I will need to do my steaming for the trail especially.
I am planning to have my first look with my fiance at the venue, so will be planning to change my dress at the venue. If i steamed it a night before at home, how will it work with the transportation to the venue? Will it get wrinkle again during transportation? Any recommendation on how to store the dress so that it can be wrinkle-free between my home to the venue?
